Delete from Sap
- Open Sap and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, expand Account, and choose Delete Account.
- Review what will be removed and enter the confirmation shown in the app.
- If you use Sign in with Apple, approve Apple reauthentication so Sap can revoke its Apple authorization.
- Confirm deletion. Sap signs the account out after server cleanup finishes.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your Sap account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Use Profile > Billing > Manage or Change Plan before deletion, or visit Apple Subscriptions. Apple controls cancellation, renewal, and refund decisions.
What Sap removes
- Your Supabase authentication account and active Sap sessions.
- Your ratings, lists, Spaces, blocks, preferences, Plans, shopping results, and identifiable usage records.
- Your private source photos and generated visualization files stored by Sap.
- Your RevenueCat customer record and identifiable Sap webhook records.
Apple, Google, and payment providers may retain transaction or security records under their own legal obligations.
To prevent a current subscription allowance from resetting when an account is recreated, Sap retains only server-side billing-window and cost totals linked to a one-way store-subscription hash. Sap removes the deleted user ID, prompts, photos, source record references, provider request IDs, and raw provider usage from those rows.
If deletion does not finish
Stay signed in and try again so Sap can safely retry unfinished cleanup. For help, contact looffllc@gmail.com and include the User ID shown in Profile. Do not send your password or Apple verification code.
