Using S.A.P

Terms of Use

These terms describe S.A.P accounts, subscriptions, generated guidance, and responsible use across web and iPhone.

S.A.P provides planning guidance and visual previews. It does not guarantee plant survival, local inventory, pricing, food safety, measured light, or an exact finished landscape.

Agreement

By using S.A.P on the website or iPhone, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard End User License Agreementalso applies to the iPhone app. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms for that app, Apple's terms control.

Accounts

You are responsible for your sign-in account and activity. Provide accurate information, protect access to your device, browser session, and OAuth account, and notify support if you believe your S.A.P account has been misused. Using the same Apple or Google identity connects supported web and iPhone experiences to the same S.A.P account. Features and controls may differ between those surfaces.

S.A.P Lite and S.A.P Pro

S.A.P Lite and S.A.P Pro unlock the same paid planning features. S.A.P Pro includes a larger monthly AI allowance. You must sign in before purchasing on the website. Current localized prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and any taxes are shown by the Apple App Store or S.A.P website checkout before purchase and control over conflicting marketing copy. S.A.P does not promise a price, trial, annual option, discount, or coupon unless the originating checkout shows it.

  • Apple purchases are charged to and managed through your Apple Account. Apple controls cancellation, plan changes, renewal, and refund decisions.
  • Website purchases use RevenueCat Billing, with Stripe acting only as the payment gateway. S.A.P remains the merchant of record for those purchases. Manage a web subscription by choosing Manage subscription from the S.A.P Account page; S.A.P creates the single-use RevenueCat customer-portal link only when you choose that action.
  • Recurring plans renew according to the terms shown by the originating checkout unless canceled there. Cancellation normally stops a future renewal while access continues through the already-paid period; a refund, dispute, payment failure, or other reversal may end access sooner.
  • A completed website checkout does not itself grant paid access. S.A.P waits for its server to confirm the normalized RevenueCat entitlement and may show a temporary pending state.
  • An active Apple subscription already supplies paid access to the same S.A.P account. The website blocks a second web checkout and directs you to Apple management instead.
  • Changing tiers during an overlapping billing period does not reset S.A.P's tracked AI allowance usage.
  • Deleting S.A.P data does not cancel an App Store subscription. Deleting a RevenueCat Billing customer cancels that web subscription immediately but is not itself a refund. Review the account deletion page before deleting.
  • Request an Apple refund through Report a Problem. Contact S.A.P Support for a website billing or refund request.

Paid access after cancellation or lapse

When paid access ends, S.A.P closes paid creation and use gates, including advanced filters, unlimited Space creation, AI planting guidance, new Plan photo uploads, photorealistic concepts, advanced randomization, and usage-governed capabilities. Existing saved garden work remains readable where the current product model permits it. Free access still includes discovery with three plants at a time and locking, Real and Pixel modes, signed-in ratings, Library, drafts, and the first three Spaces. Drawing a saved Space and its current buying checklist, including available retailer search links, are free. Paid AI guidance and image generation are optional additions to that checklist and drawing.

Generated guidance and previews

S.A.P uses automated systems to generate Garden Plans, shopping suggestions, images, and Space Read guidance. Results may be incomplete, approximate, or wrong. Verify plant safety, hardiness, placement, care, cost, inventory, and construction decisions with reliable local sources and qualified professionals.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you provide. You give S.A.P and its service providers a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse S.A.P, probe or bypass access controls, automate excessive requests, upload unlawful material, interfere with other users, or use generated output to mislead others. S.A.P may limit or suspend access needed to protect the service, users, and providers.

Availability and changes

S.A.P may change, interrupt, or retire features as the product develops. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve saved work and paid access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, S.A.P is provided as-is and without warranties. Christian Looff is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of S.A.P or reliance on generated guidance. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
