Agreement
By using Sap, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard End User License Agreementalso applies to the iOS app. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's terms control.
Accounts
You are responsible for your sign-in account and activity. Provide accurate information, protect access to your device and OAuth account, and notify support if you believe your Sap account has been misused.
Sap Lite and Sap Pro
Sap Lite and Sap Pro unlock the same paid planning features. Sap Pro includes a larger monthly AI allowance. Current localized prices, duration, and billing terms are shown by the App Store before purchase and control over any conflicting marketing copy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation.
- Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal through Apple.
- Upgrades may apply immediately; downgrades generally apply at the next renewal under Apple's rules.
- Changing tiers during an overlapping billing period does not reset Sap's tracked AI allowance usage.
- Deleting Sap data does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Generated guidance and previews
Sap uses automated systems to generate Garden Plans, shopping suggestions, images, and Space Read guidance. Results may be incomplete, approximate, or wrong. Verify plant safety, hardiness, placement, care, cost, inventory, and construction decisions with reliable local sources and qualified professionals.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you provide. You give Sap and its service providers a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Sap, probe or bypass access controls, automate excessive requests, upload unlawful material, interfere with other users, or use generated output to mislead others. Sap may limit or suspend access needed to protect the service, users, and providers.
Availability and changes
Sap may change, interrupt, or retire features as the product develops. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve saved work and paid access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sap is provided as-is and without warranties. Christian Looff is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of Sap or reliance on generated guidance. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
